Cruising with Team Rare JDM
This weekend I was invited on a cruise with some of the guys from Team Rare JDM. We headed up the coast of Malibu to have lunch at Neptune’s Net. The drive was nice and the canyon runs were fun! I’ll definitely have to do this again in the near future!

Don’t buy fake.
Here’s one of the differences that is easy to identify between real and fake SSR SP3. Â Real SSR SP3 wheels come in either 4-lugs or 5-lugs (never come in dual bolt pattern such as 8 or 10 holes).
The above picture (labeled “FAKE”) shown with universal 8-holes is clearly not an SSR wheel. Â SO, DO NOT BUY FAKE WHEELS !!!

SEMA week begins!
If you are one of the thousands who are lucky enough to attend this year’s SEMA show, you might be overwhelmed and unsure what to look out for. So here are two highlights of Subaru’s and Toyota’s booths that will be at SEMA Show 2011.
Those that are eager enough to see famous rally cars up-close are pleased to hear that Subaru will be showcasing their new and old rally cars (like the Subaru Rally Team American Championship WRX STI) as well as cool dealer-installed options that will be available on new Subaru’s coming this year. Toyota will be showcasing concept vehicles like this Tacoma T|X Baja Series Limited Edition which has been modified for full off-road use. Other vehicles that will be at Toyota’s booth will be the Tundra Ultimate Motocross Truck and the 2012 Yaris B-Spec Club Racer. Check out Motor Trend’s highlights here.

Sevenstock 14 Coverage
This past Saturday was Sevenstock 14: Love Live the Rotary! It was my first Sevenstock that I’v e attended after owning my FD for almost 3 years now. I really wasn’t sure what to expect but I knew that it would be a good time. The location moved from Mazda HQ to LA Fairplex at Pomona. I heard a few complaints about it being smaller than past years but it didn’t seem that bad. Anywho, here are some of the pictures that I took of the day that started very, very early! Enjoy!
