Kanagawa Style JZX100 on SSR Viennas

A couple years ago, I had the opportunity to capture a few moments with this beautiful JZX100 Mark II in Yokohama. The SSR Vienna Sovereigns nestled within the massaged fenders complement the car’s sporty yet luxurious nature perfectly. The adage that “wheels make the car” is often very true, and is definitely not false in this case. However, I feel that perhaps this vehicle has achieved a balance, the wheels working in harmony with the rest of the car to complement rather than detract attention from the overall product.

They also look great slightly “tucked” under compression, piloted by the owner “LA”.

Fake or Real… can you tell the difference?

Can you tell the difference… fake or real?  Beware of counterfeit products and knock off products.  There is a lot of research and development which goes into quality performance products.  It has become difficult to tell the difference from the physical appearance.

Can you tell the difference which is real  or counterfeit?

Correct answer is the fuel pressure regulator on the right is the real one (Genuine SARD FRP).  I wonder how the left would perform under pressure…  I would not want to find out.

Pikes Peak International Hill Climb 2013

Pikes Peak International Hill Climb (PPIHC), is the second oldest motor sports race in America. This annual race consist of automobiles and motorcycles climbing to the summit of Pikes Peak in Colorado. There are several classes that run, which consist of cars, trucks, motorcycles, and quads. The course is 12.42 miles long, with 156 turns that begin at 9,390 feet and finishes at 14,110 feet. This course is meant to test the driver as well as their vehicle as altitude becomes a major factor during this hill climb. Recently, Sebastien Loed set the new Pikes Peak record in the Unlimited class, finishing the course in a time of 8:13.878. In the Unlimited class there are no forms of restrictions.  If built to certain safety regulations, any car can qualify for this class. When saying, “Pikes Peak Car” it usually is referring to the Unlimited class.

G37 Coupe on SSR Executor CV01

Check out Nathan G.’s G37 on the new SSR Executor CV01 in Flat Titan Silver. I love the way the wheels tuck inside the fender. I prefer this type of look over when the wheels stick out way past the fender.That Super Concave disk in the back looks killer also!
