Don’t Damage Your Coilovers!
Here are some examples of damage that may seem small but comes with major damage. Often times, metal tools like vise grips or channel locks are used to hold the piston shaft when assembling a coilover. This can put small scratches/gashes in the shaft itself. As the damper compresses and decompresses, it’ll prematurely wear out and seals or o-rings inside of the the damper itself. Damage like this is generally not covered under any manufacturers warranty since the case is usually some sort of improper technique during installation. Professional installation is required!

Corner3 Garage 7th Anniversary and BBQ
On Sept. 11th, Corner3 Garage threw a BBQ to celebrate their 7th year in business. Corner3 Garage is an Authorized Tanabe/SSR/More Japan dealer and specializes in Nissan/Infiniti cars but works on all Import cars. A few friends of mine were going to be there and invited me alone to join in the festivities. Ryan and myself were the only rotaries their (and proud of it! lol) in the crowd of VQs. I had to leave at 1:30 so the coverage may be short.
Good food, good people, good times. Check out Corner3’s website here: http://www.corner3garage.com/
Thanks again to Mike and Nima for thowing a fun event.
