A Closer Look at the JUN Exhaust Manifold

The JUN Exhaust manifold is specifically engineered to produce high performance gains. By looking at the pipe shape and diameter closely these were made  to not disturb the flow of the vehicles exhaust gas, balance of the exhaust flow, and the exhaust pressure. This results in a smoother turbo operation throughout the whole rpm range. Because of the manifolds special layout, the blow down is lost completely, and torque has been improved, especially in the low rpms. This is especially the case, for the Subaru Impreza, by separating it into 1-2 and 3-4 just before the turbo becomes 50m/m by designing it to be 4-2-1 manifold, and designing it to stand up smoothly from the low rotation. For naturally aspirated motors the same concept is used. JUN’s exhaust headers shines as well with its polished piping, and flanges manufactured by a CNC machine from billet material.
